Q: How will the commission process go?
A:
• Send me a message stating your interest in commissions
• You let me know what design you want and we discuss about them
• I accept your commission if I am able to carry them out
• You make payment
• I start on your commission
Here are some questions I will ask you to help the process:
1) For overlay screen - do you want the 16:9 screen to be on the left or right?
2) For chatting screen - do you want chat box to be on the left or right?
3) For panels - what would you like? you can request up to #X panels!
4) Do you want new follower/subscriber/donation etc notification bars?
Q: Your commissions are closed, should I still send you a message?
A: Yes! Feel free to send me a message even if slots are closed and let me know what you are interested in commissioning. If I am free enough I would accept it. If I am not, I would send you a message to let you know when my slots are open again.
Q: What is a cover screen?
A: A cover screen is a personalized screen to cover whatever you are showing on stream.

About References
Q: What do you mean by "references"?
A: References are images that you provide for me to get a better idea of what you are looking for.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Your vtuber model
• Design elements that you want to use (Eg. cherry blossoms, dessert motifs, etc.)
• Colour palette
• Your own sketch

Q: Do I have to send you images? Can I just describe what I want?
A: You can give me a description. However, you must send me a PNG image of your model. It is best to be as clear of what you want as possible.
Q: How long will you take to get the commission done?
A: For full sets, 2-3 weeks. For screens or panels, 2-3 days or 1 week. This is an estimation and is not definite. Time taken for me to complete the commission only starts when I start working on it and not when payment is made.
Q: Will I get to see the work in progress?
A: Yes, but it will be on my own time. Please do not rush me or ask for progress pictures daily.
Q: When will you start on my commission?
A: Workflow is based on first-come-first-serve basis. It will depend on whoever completes commission payment first. Please refer to the Waiting List to see progress.
Q: What software do you use?
A: Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
